Since its Indigenous Nurses Day, we want to take a moment to acknowledge our superstar Indigenous nurses.

They provide compassionate and culturally-sensitive care, provide stellar support to our other health care staff, and advocate to improve health care services for all Indigenous people.

It would be an understatement to say they are an integral part of our health care system.

Our Indigenous nurses are inspiring a whole new generation of health care workers and we are incredibly lucky to have them on our team.
