Low-Barrier Primary Care Clinic
The Low-Barrier Primary Care Clinic provides accessible, culturally safe, and judgment-free primary care in Terrace, BC. We support people who face barriers accessing traditional healthcare through ongoing care, outreach, and connections to community supports.
Where culture, compassion, and quality care come together.
Our Mission
We work alongside people experiencing systemic inequities to provide culturally safe, low-barrier, relationship-based care. Through trust, collaboration, and connections to care, community, and culture, we support individuals on their healing journeys and work to improve health and well-being—meeting people where they are, every time.
Who We Support
We prioritize unattached patients experiencing barriers to healthcare, including people who are unhoused or precariously housed, living with substance use or complex mental health needs, and unattached adults aged 70 and older.
You do not need to be Indigenous to access our clinic.
