Mobile Medical Outreach Clinic – Serving the Community
The Mobile Medical Outreach Clinic provides essential health and wellness services directly to individuals in our community who are experiencing periods of housing instability or living with complex health and social challenges. Our mission is to meet people where they’re at—offering accessible, culturally safe, and judgment-free care from a mobile, community-based setting. The van is designed for those who may face barriers to traditional health services. Whether you’re navigating housing instability, substance use, mental health challenges, or simply need a safe and supportive space, we’re here for you.
No appointments. No judgment. No cost.
We’re out in the community to reduce barriers, build trust, and offer care with dignity, one connection at a time.
