For caregivers with children ages 6-18 years old. Cargivers are the primary healing connection for children. It is not easy intersecting stress, anger, silence, and intergenerational trauma. EFFT is geared towards strengthening trust, safety, and attachment through connection. It will take practice, self-awareness, and many mistakes to navigate the parent-child relationship. This is an in community workshop with a 15 participant max.
