Nisga’a Valley Health Authority and Change BC want your feedback on how we can better prevent and treat medical conditions like metabolic syndrome in the valley. Metabolic syndrome is a group of factors that increase your risk of cardiovascular diseases like heart attack and stroke. Forty-one percent of Nisga’a Valley adults over the age of 20 have or are at risk of developing metabolic syndrome.
Please submit your feedback by completing a health and wellness survey. You can complete an online or physical version.
