Northern Health and First Nations Health Authority have issued a toxic drug alert for the Terrace area. A purple substance known as “down” is linked to overdoses in the city. If you’re using and live in the Terrace area, ask the Terrace Specialized Mental Health and Subtance Use Team to check your substances. Their contact information, address  and hours of operation are below.
