Earlier this fall, Nisga’a Valley Health Authority (NVHA) Chief Executive Officer Corinne McKay met with Deputy Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations Minister and Northern Affairs Canada, Daniel Quan-Watson, and other Canadian Government officials.

Corinne explained how NVHA staff have worked diligently to create staff housing in the valley. Corinne and the officials also discussed how NVHA and the Federal Government can work in partnership to create more staff housing and enhance NVHA health services and benefits.

The meeting was very productive and we look forward to strengthening our relationship with the Federal Government in the months to come.
