Cat Ann Martin is a Foot Care Nurse Specialist and owner of Evergreen Foot Care Clinic (EFCC) in Terrace. Cat has provided foot care services through the Home Cre Department since August 2021. Her services include trimming and filing toenails, treating fungal infections, etc., as well as providing foot care education.
